Christmas Dinner

Treat yourself to a delicious Christmas meal at the castle, enjoy a night in one of our comfortable hotel beds and end your stay with a delightful breakfast.

Celebrating Christmas at Sundholm’s Castle is a special occasion. The castle’s housewives decorate the entire castle beautifully with lights, bells, candles and all types of decorations to really bring forth the wholesome feeling of Christmas. The castles chefs prepare a delicious array of food for you to choose from. To top it all off, the pastry chef prepares a plethora of mouth-watering desserts for the Christmas dinner.

A warming cup of mulled wine will welcome you to the castle. After that, it is time to relax and enjoy a beautifully prepared Christmas dinner with people you cherish.

Time to enjoy the Christmas buffet

With us, you can relax during the Christmas buffet. We offer only one evening seating on weekdays and two evening seatings on Fridays and Saturdays. The early evening seating (starting at 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM) allows guests to remain in the castle cellar’s social rooms when the next seating begins (at 7:30 PM or 8:00 PM), lasting until approximately 8:45 PM. Smaller groups can usually stay longer if they wish.

 

If you wish to experience a thrilling murder mystery while feasting on our delicious christmas dinner, you may enjoy our CHRISTMAS MURDERWEEKENDS (will take you to our swedish page). With this package the dinner will be served in our big banquet hall togehter with professional actors.

The Castle

Slottet från 1648 är idag restaurang, festvåning och frukostmatsal.

The Manor House from the 18th century has six suites, lounges and a board room

The Hotel

Hotellet har reception, 11 standard dubbelrum, 48 mindre dubbelrum, konferenslokalerna Amiralen, Kaptenen och Löjtnanten samt grupparbetsrum.

The Harbour Café

The harbour café offers ice cream, snacks and light meals.

The Coachman's Quarters

The Coachman's Quarters from the 17th century offer two suites and one small double room.

The Keeper's House

The Keeper's House has two conference rooms and several break-out rooms.

The Pavilion

Paviljongen innehåller åtta standard dubbelrum och konferenslokalen Lövsalen.

 8.

The Wagonsmith

The red two-storey building is called the Wagonsmith and has 12 standard double rooms.

The Chalets

Dessa tio chaleter byggdes strax efter andra världskriget och här finns åtta juniorsviter (familjerum), 16 standard dubbelrum samt fyra spasviter med bastu och bubbelbadkar.

Outdoor spa

Här finns tre varma utomhus hot spa bad, som kan hyras i receptionen.
