Sundbyholms Slott AB collects personal information about you in connection with a request, a booking, a visit to a fair / workshop, a job application, a personal visit to our resort but also when you visit our website. Sundbyholm Castle protects your personal privacy and our goal is to make sure that your personal information is processed correctly. It is important that you inform us if you do not want to remain in our records.
Personal data we process

Personal Data is any information that can directly or indirectly identify a living person. The information we have about you may consist of name, email address, other address details, phone numbers, social security number, organization number, company title, photos, booking statistics, entry and exit logs, salaries, working hours, bank details and more.

How personal information is used and for what purposes

Your personal information is used to contact you in connection with a reservation that you have made with us. In addition, they are used to send out our newsletters 2-5 times a year. If you are one of Sundbyholm’s employees, your data will be stored in order for us to register your working hours and pay your salary. On our website we have so-called “cookies”, which means that we identify your IP address for remarketing purposes and for statistical purposes when analyzing traffic to our website. Sundbyholm Slott AB have partner agreements for IT services and these partners have the opportunity to see your contact information in our computer systems. We never sell your information to third parties. However, we may need to provide information requested by the authorities.

Storing your personal information

Your personal information is stored in our internal reservation system for up to 18 months after your last stay if you are a private individual who does not represent a company. After this period the information is anonymized in our system. We save your information for up to 5 years if you are a representative of a company that have made a group booking or group booking request. Information about any allergies, disabilities or other special notes that we may have about you as a person will be deleted within three months of your visit to us. In our financial system and in paper form, your personal data is stored for as long as we have to store them by law.
Our email system stores your email data until you choose to unsubscribe from future mailings. With each newsletter, there is always the possibility to unsubscribe from future mailings. Our email system is categorized into different groups, but the only personal information that we have about you in this system is your email.

Sundbyholm Castle may at any time delete any stored information about you without the consent of you.
