Evening menu

Enjoy a dinner with white cloths and lit candles

Monday to Thursday:
We provide a predetermined three-course menu starting at 18.30 or 20.00 (will be decided at the time of the booking or during check in). Group bookings will have different start times, 19.00 and 19.30.
The menu will include a starter with one glass of wine, main course with one glass of wine and dessert. For prices, please contact us or click here to view our Swedish page.

Friday and Saturday (not available during Christmas times):
Dinner at 17.30: A predetermined two-course menu.
The menu will include a starter with one glass of wine and main course with one glass of wine. For prices, please contact us or click here to view our Swedish page.
Dinner at 20.00: A predetermined three-course menu.
The menu will include a starter with one glass of wine, main course with one glass of wine and dessert. For prices, please contact us or click here to view our Swedish page.
The wine can be replaced with beer or a non-alcoholic alternative.

Hotel package guests:
We will automatically book a table for our guests which have booked a hotel package. Dinner is included in most of our packages. However, our weekday luxury package include a four-course meal.

Accommodation with breakfast guests and guests that don’t spend the night:
We do not automatically book a table in the restaurant for accommodation and breakfast guests that do not spend the night. If you want to eat dinner in the castle you will have to book a table in time by calling +4616 – 42 84 00 or email us at info@sundbyholms-slott.se and receive a confirmation back from us. We offer the evening’s menu but will take any allergies or special diets into account. Make sure to book ahead of time since the restaurant can be fully booked.

Pike perch from Lake Mälaren with smoked pork belly & leek ragu, red wine sauce and pommes purée.

Ugnsbakad Mälargös med ragu på knaperstekt röktsidfläsk, purjolök, rödvinssås & potatispuré.

Saffron almond tart with lingonberry cream, orange coulis, and roasted white chocolate.

Saffransmazarin med lingoncremé, apelsincoulis & rostad vitchoklad.

Wine package

In most of our packages two glasses of wine are included, one glass is served with the starter and the second one is served with the main course. You may also add a wine package, where wine is served with each meal. The sommeliers choice of different wines with your weekend menu come in two price ranges. The wines in the wine package may differ from time to time but will always match the dishes they are combined with.
