Eskilstuna’s only hotel in a beautiful castle setting.Approximately one mile north of central Eskilstuna, right next to the southern shore of Lake Mälaren, lies Sundbyholms Castle. The hotel buildings consist of both modern and historic structures. During weekdays, we primarily operate as a conference hotel, but on weekends, we transform into a weekend hotel offering various hotel weekends. All accommodations are located in different buildings within the castle grounds, many of which have lake views of Mälaren and the marina. We offer both weekend packages and weekday hotel packages, as well as accommodation only with breakfast for those who prefer it. Please note that there is no accommodation in the actual castle building. The entire castle serves as a restaurant, event hall, and breakfast dining area. Pets are only allowed in a limited number of standard double rooms (must be booked in advance and incur an extra fee of 350 SEK per room and stay). Otherwise, pets are not permitted indoors (for example, in the restaurant and lobby). Exceptions are made for guide dogs (assistance dogs) for the blind. If you are allergic to fur animals, please inform us before arrival to ensure you do not receive one of the four rooms that allow pets. |

Hotel facts:
All beds are comfortable topped with high quality 8-10 cm thick bed mattresses. Most of the beds are ecolabelled from Bed Factory. Other beds are from Eken and Carpe Diem.
All hotel rooms are equipped with a TV, hairdryer, free wifi and fully tiled bathrooms. Only the suites have a minibar. Plenty of the rooms offer a great view over Lake Mälaren.
